1. What is Lawnera?

   Lawnera is a recurring residential lawn-mowing service for Wesley Chapel and San Antonio, FL, starting in the Mirada community.

2. What does each visit include?

   Mowing, edging, string trimming and blowing clippings off driveways, walks and patios.

3. How much does it cost?

   +

   $99 per month standard. As more homes join the same route the price steps down to $94, $89, $84 and a floor of $79 per month.

4. How often do you mow?

   +

   About every 7 to 10 days during active growth and about every 14 to 18 days in slower months, adjusted for turf growth and weather. Exact dates are not guaranteed.

5. Which areas do you serve?

   +

   Wesley Chapel and San Antonio, FL, including Mirada, Epperson, Watergrass, Union Park and Persimmon Park. Nearby addresses can start a new route.

6. Does my price change every time a neighbor joins or leaves?

   No. Route rates are reviewed periodically, and a small buffer keeps prices from bouncing when one home leaves.

7. Do you show which homes are customers?

   No. Public maps show shaded route zones and total counts only. Addresses are visible only to our operations team and the assigned crew.

8. Do you offer fertilizer, pest control or irrigation repair?

   +

   Lawnera crews only mow, edge, trim and blow. Pest control, landscaping, pools, HVAC and other home services can be requested through independent partner companies on the Home services page.

9. What happens when it rains?

   We avoid mowing saturated turf. Rain-delayed stops are rescheduled on the next available route pass.

10. Is there a contract?

    +

    Service is month to month.

11. Are you licensed and insured?

    +
