Information we collect
Account details you give us: name, email, phone number and service address. Property details you share, like gate notes, pets and grass type. Photos you upload and photos our crews take with your permission. Messages you send us.
When you check an address, we look it up in public Pasco County property records to estimate lawn size.
Location
If you allow it, your browser shares an approximate location so we can show local lawn conditions. We do not store it. You can turn this off in your browser at any time. Crew members' locations are recorded only while they are clocked in for a shift.
Photos
Crews take service photos and improvement suggestion photos only with your permission. Using photos of your yard for marketing is a separate choice and is off unless you turn it on. You can change these in your account settings.
How we use it
To provide and schedule service, set your route rate, send updates you ask for, answer questions, improve the service and keep the site secure. Some features use AI to draft guidance or summaries from what you share; uploaded photos for AI guidance are not saved.
What we share
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help run Lawnera (hosting, maps, weather, payments, messaging), with a partner company when you ask us to connect you, or when the law requires it. Public pages never show customer addresses.
Cookies and similar tools
We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your choices and understand which pages bring people to the site. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can view and update your details in your account, change notification and photo permissions, stop texts by replying STOP, and ask us to delete your account and information.
Children
Lawnera is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security and retention
We use access controls and encrypted connections. We keep information while your account is active and as needed for records the law requires.
