Terms of Service

Lawnera provides recurring residential lawn care: mowing, edging, trimming and blowing hard surfaces. Visits are about every 7 to 10 days in active growth and about every 14 to 18 days in slower months, adjusted for weather and turf. We do not guarantee exact service dates.

Your monthly rate depends on how many homes are on your route. Rates are reviewed periodically, not changed instantly, and we tell you before a new rate takes effect. Overgrown lawns may need a one-time reset fee. Promotional offers apply only as described.

Service is billed monthly to the payment method on file. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You can skip, pause or cancel from your account. Changes take effect from the next billing period unless we say otherwise.

Please give accurate gate and pet information and keep pets inside during visits. We may skip a visit if the yard is unsafe or cannot be reached.

Home services like pools, HVAC, electrical and pest control are provided by independent companies, not Lawnera. Their work, pricing, licenses and warranties are between you and them.

Lawn guidance and estimates written by AI are general information, not a diagnosis or a quote. Check with a licensed professional before treating a problem.

Do not misuse the site, try to access other people's information, or copy its content for commercial use.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for service in the month the claim arose. Report any damage within 7 days so we can look at it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
